HOLDINGS: [1]-The record on appeal demonstrated there was no evidence to support the trial court’s denial of an employer’s motion to compel arbitration of claims brought by its employee. The uncontradicted evidence demonstrated that the employee maintained her employment status and remained an employee at the time of the hearing in this case. As a result, the employee was already bound by the arbitration agreement before the presentation of a letter indicating both her rejection of the agreement and her intent to remain employed; [2]-While the employee argued that the agreement was substantively unconscionable, she failed to specify any terms of the agreement that she believed were unconscionable. Accordingly, the employee waived any argument that the agreement was unenforceable.
